Bandon Bicycle Works is geared towards having fun on bikes. We believe the bicycle is a magical thing that can do wonders for everyone. Not only is it a great alternative mode of transportation, it allows people to be more connected with the nature that they ride through. When you ride a bike, you are surrounded by the elements. That sense of adventure and freedom is something we strive to share.

Michael Roderick opened Bandon Bicycle Works in 2020, shortly after moving to the beautiful and rural town of Bandon on the Southern Oregon Coast. He worked at many different bike shops in Northern California for two decades, bringing his 20+ years of mechanical experience and love for bicycles. Michael does it all—custom builds, consultation, fabrication, tune ups, full overhauls, suspension rebuilds, e-bike maintenance, and so much more.

We love bicycles and think they are an awesome tool for travel, but there are other rad ways to recreate as well.
